Who we are
Skyactive Creative is owned and operated by Adam and Bailey, a husband and wife team proudly based in Naramata, BC. We both grew up in families of entrepreneurs, so we know firsthand what it really means to build something of your own. Long days. Late nights. Wearing every hat. The constant balancing act that comes with trying to do it all. That shared experience is exactly why we started Skyactive.
We wanted to build the kind of marketing company we would want to hire ourselves. Honest, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping good businesses grow. Skyactive started as a drone videography company—and we're still doing that (take a look at our example work!). But, as we worked with more local businesses, we kept seeing the same story:
Great businesses.
Great people.
Great reputations.
But very little time for marketing.
Not because they didn't believe in it.
There just weren't enough hours in the day.
We watched great businesses lose leads, miss opportunities, and fall behind online, not because they lacked potential, but because marketing kept getting pushed to the bottom of the list. Once we discovered how modern search, automation, and smart digital strategy could transform a business, Skyactive naturally evolved into a full-service marketing agency serving Penticton, Naramata, Summerland, Osoyoos, and businesses across the South Okanagan.
Today, we help businesses get noticed, build trust, and keep clients through authentic content, smart automation, and strategies built for the way people search today.
Adam brings more than 15 years of experience in sales strategy, business development, and relationship management across Canada. After starting and operating his own business in Central Alberta, he went on to lead multi-million dollar regional operations and build long-term partnerships across multiple industries. At Skyactive, Adam focuses on business strategy, client relationships, marketing systems, and helping businesses turn great marketing into measurable growth. He's also a certified professional drone pilot who still loves getting behind the controls whenever he can. Bailey is the creative force behind everything you see and read at Skyactive. With a Bachelor of Education and a Certificate in Instructional Design, she has built her career around taking complex ideas and making them clear, engaging, and impossible to ignore. She leads content creation, graphic design, website development, and brand identity— making sure everything we put out actually sounds and looks like the business it represents.
When we're not working, you'll usually find us exploring the South Okanagan with our two kids, biking the KVR Trail, or enjoying everything the Naramata Bench has to offer. We love where we live, we love what we do, and we think that shows through in every project we take on.
